Copper Review: A CRM That Makes Sense If Your Company Lives in Google

Copper stands out because it fits naturally with Google Workspace.

If your business already runs through Gmail, Calendar, and Drive, that can remove a lot of the friction that causes people to hate customer relationship software.

Emails and activity can be connected to customer relationships without forcing employees to manually record every interaction.

I would be less excited about it for a business that does not already live inside the Google ecosystem. The integration is a major part of the appeal.

A customer system people actually use is usually better than a supposedly more powerful system everyone avoids.

Pros

Strong Google integration. Less manual data entry. Clearer view of active opportunities.

Cons

Less compelling outside Google Workspace. No customer system can fix a bad sales process.

My take

For a Google centered business, Copper makes a lot of practical sense.
